Leslie Wulff is the Chief of the San Francisco Office of the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division. Leslie has been with the Antitrust Division for over 8 years and was previously a line prosecutor and most recently Assistant Chief. In addition to her management responsibilities, Leslie oversees the office’s criminal portfolio which involves investigations and prosecutions under federal antitrust and other criminal statutes. Leslie represented the United States in its successful prosecution of United States v. Lischewski and other criminal resolutions stemming from a conspiracy to fix prices for canned tuna. She also represented the United States in the third trial of United States v. Penn et al. Leslie has worked on dozens of other price fixing, bid rigging, and fraud investigations involving international, national, and local conduct.

Prior to joining the Antitrust Division, Leslie worked at the San Francisco Office of a large international law firm and clerked for The Honorable R. Gary Klausner of the Central District of California. She is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley Law School.
